J.J. Guarding Forces personal are physically tough, mentally strong and well trained to handle complex situations. The force comprises of personnel drawn from Ex-servicemen, Police, CRPF, CISF, and civilians with previous experience. The Bureau follows a meticulous Recruitment and selection Procedure that includes personal verification and character assessment.

The personnel undergo extensive training program before deployment. The training syllabus includes all matters related to Security, Human Relation, Fire Fighting, First Aid, Drill Parade and handling of equipments. The Uniform is ordered and made for each security person in a special way.

The Managing Director of the Organization is an ex-defence officer. And also, most of the Administrative staff are
ex-servicemen who have vast knowledge and experience in various security aspects. They are accessible round the clock.
